Advisory Council
By state law, school districts operating an approved Community Education program must have a representative citizen's Advisory Council. The purpose of the Advisory Council is to:
Advise the Community Education Director of the trends, issues and needs within the community
Assist with needs assessment, resource identification, program development, program evaluation and improve communications with various groups and organizations
Assist in coordination efforts with various groups and organizations to minimize program duplication.
